Cancellations
FLEXIBLE SALON POLICY
Appointments at Tease Tonic Beauty Lounge are reserved exclusively for you. You must provide at least three days' notice to cancel or change your appointment. Any notifications received less than three days before your appointment will result in an administration fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. Please note that rescheduling within your preferred timeframe cannot be guaranteed. Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment will also incur an administration fee.
Running Late?

Tease Tonic Beauty Lounge is a popular destination, and as a result, my schedule is usually fully booked. If you arrive late to your appointment without notifying me, I may not be able to provide you with the full allotted time. This is to ensure that I can respect the schedules of my other guests and avoid unnecessary waiting times. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. Thank you!
Child Policy
SAFETY FIRST
For the safety of young children, please note the following: Children are allowed in the salon only if they are receiving a service and must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Due to potential dangers in a salon environment, I cannot ensure the safety of unattended children. If you are unable to arrange suitable childcare for your child, I encourage you to reschedule your appointment. Thank you for your understanding. I always strive to provide a comprehensive and precise consultation while you are in my chair. I prefer to be realistic and truthful about your hair journey. However, I cannot guarantee any particular outcomes. The only thing I can guarantee is that I will always strive to make you feel your best!
Covid - 19
PROTOCOL + PROCEDURES
I have been fully vaccinated and adhere to the sanitization guidelines mandated by the California Cosmetology State Board for the salon and all associated tools between appointments. While the wearing of masks is optional, I kindly request that if you are experiencing symptoms resembling those of a cold or flu, you refrain from keeping your scheduled appointment. Under such circumstances, the cancellation fee will be waived.
